YWIES Tongxiang provides a unique international education and emergent curriculum programmes for children from two to five years of age to meet their developmental needs and abilities. We have created a child-centred and game-based learning environment that stimulates children's thinking. Our children are nurtured by both Chinese and foreign teachers. The violin programme is one of the compulsory courses in early childhood education. YWIES Tongxiang’s ECE Section is a professional, bilingual and international kindergarten.

YWIES Tongxiang’s Primary programme covers China National Curriculum and integrates with high quality education resources. Our Western and Chinese teachers work collaboratively to develop students’ mathematical and bilingual abilities with multicultural and international perspective and create a genuinely holistic bilingual learning and international environment. YWIES Tongxiang not only provides regular subjects as requested by Chinese government, but also provides some unique subjects that are not offered by private schools, and bilingual schools, e.g. Character Education and Performing Arts.?

The YWIES Tongxiang Lower Secondary programme covers China National Curriculum and integrates with high quality education resources. Our flexible approach emphasises the development of bilingual abilities, the key skills of critical thinking, creativity, international perspective, teamwork and problem solving. Students are fully prepared for both international and national exams after completing the Lower Secondary curriculums. YWIES Tongxiang encourages students to respect and celebrate multiculturalism and become a responsible global citizen.

YWIES Tongxiang offers a four-year Overseas University Preparatory Programme (OUPP), consisting of a two-year International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) and a two-year University Preparation (A Level). The IGCSE and A Level certificates are issued by the Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) and are widely recognised in the world. Cambridge IGCSE provides a study programme across a wide range of subject areas. A Level is based on the General Certificate of Education Advanced Level Programme issued by the Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE). English is the key medium of instruction. The programme offers various choices of courses. Students are able to choose the most suitable courses according to their own career planning, interests and specialties. We also provide a three-year Arts Foundation course for Grade 10 students for those who want to seek a career in Fashion and Textiles. YWIES Tongxiang has created an authentic international atmosphere and learning environment in mainland China which facilitates graduates to pursue further studies in top overseas.
